After identifying hundreds of energy conservation measures (ECMs) as part of our Building Energy Audit service, it was apparent that there was a gap between the implementation capabilities of building operations staff and those of capital project management teams. ECMs are typically too large to be handled under existing operations budgets, but not large enough in scope to warrant the development of a formal capital project.
Our team has filled this void, handling all purchasing, incentive management, scheduling, and labor within a single contract. As a result, we are able to deliver a robust set of services that makes it easy for building owners and operators to reduce their environmental footprint and utility spending without worrying about all the details.
